Graham Crackers and PB

Graham crackers make a good snack because they are made out of whole wheat flour and they are lower in sugar. For 2 full "sheets" of crackers, it is only 24 g of carbs. Here is one quick idea for a sweet, filling snack:

Graham Crackers (My carb count is 22, so I just use the 2 sheets)
All natural PB (My protein count is 12, so I measure accordingly)

Cut each graham sheet in half to make 2 squares. Spread PB on one square and top with second square to make a sandwhich.

I make a whole bunch of these and keep them in the fridge 'cause I like them cold and they are easy when I need to grab a snack out the door.
